After an initial phone or in person introduction, we will meet to assess your current fitness level: posture, movement quality, and strength. We will discuss your health history, current activity level and day-in-the-life needs. We will assess your health and wellness goals in the context of your present day and what’s possible.
Good posture is foundational because it allows the equal distribution of weight through the joints of the body so that it can move properly and protect YOU against injury and pain. Good posture will enhance your performance in your sports, recreational activities and activities of daily living..
During your consultation, we will ensure that all possible risk factors are addressed and that you are educated in the management, treatment and prevention of any posture related problems. A detailed explanation will be given to you based on a comprehensive history taking and complete postural/movement assessment and analysis of the possible sources of pain.
An individualized treatment plan will be designed according to the aforementioned postural/movement assessment, your symptoms, your daily activities and your needs.
90 Minutes/$300 to include an assessment, corrective program and walk-through.

I know too well that life can be busy, but that shouldn't stop you from reaching your fitness goals. That's why I offer flexible scheduling options whether it be at home, a location of your choosing or remote training to fit your busy lifestyle.
Personal Training Fees (*within 10 miles of San Jose):
1 hour/in person $120
1 hour/2 People in person $150
Remote Personal Training: $100/hr. (1 person). $120/hr. for two.
*Note: Add an additional $10/hr. for every 10 miles beyond that.
