I believe that personal fitness training is a relationship. In order to guide you on your fitness journey, we start with curiosity about your goals, as well as your relationship to your body. To be able to realize your fitness goals requires getting clear on what’s real because that dictates what’s possible.
With 35 years of success and experience in the fitness/wellness industry, we are capable of analyzing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include a postural/movement assessment, corrective routine and periodized exercise programming, to ensure the best results for you. We will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
